While USCIS is currently accepting renewal applications for people who already have DACA, you can renew your status and (if eligible) work-authorization. However, new (first-time) DACA applications are not being processed or approved right now. Even though USCIS may accept the paperwork, it is being held without adjudication under a court order. All active DACA protections and work permits remain valid until they expire (unless individually terminated).
