About Us

Jonathan R. Bloom, a Montgomery County, Maryland native, is a 1992 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia and represents clients in immigration matters nationwide. Mr. Bloom established his Rockville-based law practice in 1993, where he has served the community continuously for more than three decades.

Mr. Bloom’s practice centers on Immigration Law, complemented by experience in Criminal and Traffic matters. He is committed to advocating for the release of individuals held in immigration detention, including those with final orders of removal. Following a client’s release, Mr. Bloom works diligently to pursue the most favorable outcome available under the law based on each client’s unique circumstances.
